Hi Claire- thanks for writing. I’ve been unable to figure out how to highlight when reading in Substack on my iPad. Is there a way to do so? I’ve seen mentions that it is possible, but I can’t seem to do so or find a hack (like saving as a PDF) that will allow me to. I have trouble focusing when reading online unless I can highlight my way through with my Apple Pencil.
Hi again, Lee! I asked the Substack chat bot about this feature, and they said that they don't currently offer this as a function. I have requested that they log it for a suggestion for future updates. They advised that you could use iPad settings or web browser tools that may be able to highlight for you.
I asked in notes if anyone knew about this, and @Claire Venus has also suggested trying to read posts in email instead, as you might be able to highlight there.
